>Claim to be all about security and privacy
>REQUIRE users to have the complete Google Services botnet installed

you should know from the fact that whatsapp is """"""encrypted""""" by signal

use micro g retard

a micro "g" is still a "g"

Just use Silence from Fdroid

not that guy but i think you're confusing microG, a free as in freedom replacement of google apps and removing almost all of google apps and just installing the minimum neccesary for apps that is called sometimes microgapps.

I know what micro g is. it sill uses google services, and signal needs them all

well shit, so xmpp + otr/pgp is the only way to be secure?

Signal only uses the Google servers for the Push notification, either for a message, or for when a call is to be initiated. Google servers are not used for transmitting messages or calls themselves. It's just to trigger a wakeup so that your Signal instance does what it needs to by connecting to the openwhisper servers.

the meta-data is an issue when they use google services. why the fuck would that faggot not use an alternative?

He gets butthurt when you ask him about the google botnet integration, which is extremely fishy. never does he give a straight answer.

What metadata? The Push message is blank, all it does is wake up Signal on your device.

Sh, sh, you can't argue with retards. They'll just spout "muh metadata!" even when faced with the fact that the push message contains absolutely no other data than a message to wake up Signal to fetch messages.

>yet another irrelevant phonecancer thread

>Signal only uses the Google servers for the Push notification
>Only
[citation needed]

>still signs into the botnet
>still requires a phone number
>still requires a phone

Signal is for retards

just use fucking QKSMS

>which is extremely fishy. never does he give a straight answer.

What do you expect when the creator of Signal is a Jew named Matthew Rosenfeld who hides his real name under a pseudonym?

>be on android
>want to use private messaging app
>every app requires a phone number to work

>Jew forced everyone to use Jewgle botnet
what a (((coincidence)))

Holy fuck.

Is this anti-semitism bleeding into mainstream culture at all, or is this just a Sup Forums phenomenon?

Ricochet is the best in terms of privacy and security.

Prove me wrong

The source code is on github as is the API.

We are slowly making people aware of the Jew's plans.

>anti-semitism
most modern day jews aren't semitic, and all semitic people aren't jewish.
>bleeding into mainstream
nah

Mostly just the Sup Forums diaspora encouraged by the fact that media outlets actually talk about the alt-right now.

We forced the media to talk about us by simply growing more than ever.

Services =/= servers. For some, Google Play Services is pure bloatware - which is what he's referring to, in the actual context he's referring it.

Not Ring.cx
Not Vector
Not Wickr
etc.

Fuck, what a piece of shit that moxie faggot is.

>Not Wickr
>Wickr
>Recommended by Australian Politicians
>Literally the same person pushing snooping laws said "Everyone should get a Wickr"

you're right, he really is a faggot
>if your XMPP is so good then why is our toy more popular , huh??
I really don't understand any of his points.
>LibreSignal is not under control so why should we allow it to use our servers
yes goyim, use Googleâ„¢ services, they are important for our app

>Moxie Marlinspike apparently doesn't like the idea of independent builds of TextSecure and RedPhone so much, that he started with legal threats on Twitter. Independent builds of TextSecure have been therefore renamed to TextLibre and RedPhone to PhoneLibre.

Kek what a fucking Jew.

Moxie is a Jew NSA agent, what did you expect?

I had no idea, man. Do you have a source?

>needs a phone to use it

What's the point?
