It takes a very complex device to overcome a very simple jammer. Your gonna need loads of cash to pull that off.
You just gotta use a signal not being jammed. Assuming the iphone will ever work around the jammer is a farce.

A jammer works saturating a channel so the only way to get around it is to change frequency or having much more trasmissive power than the jammer.

If in the US, call the FCC. You need some national security excuse to run a cell jammer. The SS uses it around the president to stop cell phones from being used as remote detonators. Prisons don't rank.
