8.1 because I used it more often and grew used to it in high school. I still have a laptop with it but rarely need it anymore.

8.1. I like 10, but Microsoft keeps fucking with PowerShell, and most of what I do should be scoped to PowerShell V3/4.

8.1 with startisback. It's like being on 7 with a performance upgrade and better UI. Performance is the same as Windows 10. More control in updates, no forced candycrush BS, better UI, etc. No DX12 but the only thing thats gonna use DX12 and not Vulkan instead/in addition is Microsoft Store exclusives and I'm not gonna use their store anyway.
