i need a bit of help here. i have a video file im trying to send to a friend via email that is 1.8 GB large. i can compress it down to 323MB as a MP4, but the problem is outlook only lets you send files as large as 34 MB.
i know dropbox/one drive and other cloude memes exist, but lets pretend for a mement that the year is 2005-2006. how do i compress the video down to 34MB in winrar and send it via outlook/email? or is there any other email services that allow for larger file sizes to be sent?
You can use ffmpeg to convert your 1.8GB video to a 34MB file.
Just set it to 160x120 @ 12 fps

Use an ftp server or send it via bittorrent

You can pretend all you want but at the end of the day, its easier to upload to Google Drive or Mega and just send the link. Make it easier on everyone.

Split the archive with winRAR to tons of smaller files.

>i can compress it down to 323MB as a MP4 >how do i compress the video down to 34MB in winrar >compress something that's already compressed
Bentley Perry
Split it
