What's the problem with this?

It doesn't have any detail. Taking it a step further, whoever wrote it was too embarrassed by the bugs that were fixed to write a proper log entry. It's unprofessional.

The MPV commit log is so delicious.

That means "we closed the bug to allow you to root or gain full control of your device"

Example.

>MPV commit log
makes my pee white

Even big companies don't give a shit.

...

>calling it carat

companies only give a shit if they are selling to professionals or other companies who demand to know changes

Can't those people take anything seriously?

That's an app update, and it's likely accurate, because what do supposedly get out of the update?

>Performance improvements
>Bug fixes
>New feature

And that's what you'll experience as consumer.
True, perhaps they could also have a link to an issues page to see which bugs have been fixed. But is an app store mobile page the place to give so many details?

What I'm trying to say is that I understand a changelog being as obscure as it is for an app store changelog.

There's plenty of app devs who at least bullet point 3-4 things and the rest are on the dev website or something. It not hard.

Read the diffs/patch if you want details.

Its the ways it's written, retard

Suits the target audience, doesn't it?
