can we talk about how iOS has the worst calculator. Idk if it has changed since I used it last but the functionality is ass
GraphCalc is pretty good
Excel
It only allows scientific mode in landscape. What a peice of shit
No easy way to have multiple calculator at once
Your brain you fuckboys
GNOME-Calculator and AOSP Calculator
>implying your brain has calculator programs
emacs lisp-interaction-mode
Python is good
My terminal. You can even do complex algebra with it.
Muh nigrito
Microsoft Calculator Plus, but it does have an annoying bug when switching to Hex-mode.
galculator :DDD
Mathematica
TI-36 SOLAR, first edition. It currently represents the high end model for the TI-30 product lines. It never needs batteries, of course.
>calculator program
Oh well.
wolframalpha !
>zmodload zsh/mathfunc
wot
$((1+1)) is a standard shell feature
fucking zsh faggots
I use geogebra because it's required for school
Any opinion concerning Desmos? Geogebra looks better. Thanks.
Windows 10's calc app is a piece of shit compared to the old calc.exe
Can we talk about how iOS has a calculator in line with everything else Apple ?

Not at all
$python
works in a shell, opens fast, etc.
I don't even actually know python, I just use it as a calculator
speedcrunch is gr8
...
Graph 89 on F Droid
For my phone, anyway. I am sure there is something similar for PC too
...
Looks good user. Shame their website is such shit but this is still my ideal version of a calculator. Is there any real reason to use this over a programming interpreter though?
...
does this require a ROM? I know I can download the ROM...
...
Yes. It does 83-89 I think. Also allows for backup/restore so you don't lose your precious APPS
This.
Anything else and you're retarded and/or 12 years of age.
If you just need to do some basic math then yeah, no reason to not use an interpreter. Speedcrunch has a bunch of helpful functions and a formula book built in though. It's pretty handy.
ALT + Print Screen creates a screenshot of the active window only senpai.
No mention of qalculate?
Sup Forums I am disappoint
The windows 10 one is pretty gr8, especially the programmer mode. Problem is that the right click is laggy af due to metro and how large binary numbers easily hit the max digit limit.
>right click
>programmer
Well now it's forced me into using ctrl c for it since the delay is like 5 seconds otherwise but it just seems weird to copy something that isn't highlighted, had to get used it.
Try linux. It's fast and give you the power.
preccalc.exe
Is hoc any good?
GHCi
>zsh
echo $[1+1]
matcad you dips
Calculator.app via Spotlight

Common sense.
Why would you ever trust a program with your sensitive data?
>willingly putting your information into the calculator botnet
are you retarded?
On my phone? The pre installed one. It does the job, I wouldn't need to do heavy calculations anyway unless I'm at the computer.
On my computer? I either start python in a terminal window, or wolfram alpha for more complex things
There's good alternatives like Maxima. But yeah I use wolfram alpha because of the neat interface and help pages.
No, I have rebound it...

I don't know why the dropshadow is included, though. I recently updated my theme, maybe that's the issue. Is there anyway to disable this? How do I force gnome-screenshot -B???
Microsoft Mathematics is pretty damn nice for a utility that no one really seems to know about:

WolframAlpha.apk
Python with math or numpy module.
Matlab
Why did you make this thread? Also, the stock android calculator is great.
Desmos is really good for quick, low precision stuff because you only get 2 decimal places. So for calc and graphing it's great to slap on any function and instantly see transformations. Geogebra is a much more powerful program.
Useless unless you're younger than 10.
How so? I use it all the time.
>python
surprised this isn't more popular here
being able to use variables is pretty handy too and preferable to creating some big complex calculation where you might fuck up the parenthesis
Krunner.
Nothing even comes close for simple calculations.
Can we pause for a while and reflect on the fact that this is the STOCK windows app ? the one that comes DEFAULT with the operating system WHICH YOU PAID FOR.
Which one is this ?
Proving the point.
>Which one is this ?
gnome-calculator
Not at all. Try answering the damned question, fuckhead.
#include
#include
int s[255];
int *p = &s[0];
void push(int x)
{
*p++ = x;
}
int pop()
{
return *--p;
}
int main(int argc, char *argv[])
{
int i;
for(i = 1; i < argc; ++i) {
if(*argv[i] >= '0' && *argv[i]
So if you're younger than ten, it's bad? Nice one retard.
>he doesn't understand English
>calls other people retarded
My nigga, LXDE is lightweight and does everything I need. It even comes with openbox, a great windows manager.
One of the few calculators with a RPN mode. Useless for people older than 10. Kek.
