Maybe start screen capturing a few seconds before the virus activates. Stop when they close the video. Then upload the capture somewhere you can watch it. Bonus points for webcam video attached as well.

Use super low quality, maybe work on vectorizing them. YouTube uses 500kbps for 240p, this gives 6.8 MB (bytes) for 22x5 seconds. A 200kb stub is easy, and 7mb is under most size limits anyway
