Best part of apple removing the 3.5mm jack is that people will still upgrade to the latest iPhone because Apple iPhone

Best part is Apple forcing the hand of the wireless industry and us getting wired quality wireless earphones within a couple of years and we can finally say goodbye to shitty tangled wires.

Wireless already sounds decent though, only issue I have with my bluedio n2 is weak treble 2bh

>gf waiting to get the iPhone 7
>told her she'd probably have to use an adapter to use headphones
>She lost all interest in buying it.

That's partially true

I already use some backbeats for the gym. The only problem is battery life. That's really not going to be resolved until we get battery tech upgrades.

They're great for the gym though.

That image is pretty much what Apple fags would actually say

>headphones
>2016
The stereo speakers in the new iphone will be literally better than any non-apple certified headphones

I like wireless headphones, they're very handy although expensive. What fucks me off is that I can't just throw some earbuds in all my jacket's inside pockets and always be prepared. (Because of battery life and price).

Also, does it reduce battery life significantly on the phone when using wireless headphones? The iPhone battery is atrocious

Even though this is bait, there won't be any stereo. It'll still be a single speaker.

>The iPhone battery is atrocious

The battery in my SE is great. Is this a big phone issue or something?

It's not an issue on any modern Apple phone. He's just a shitposter.

I never had issue with wires tangling unless dealing with IEMs which I don't use, at worst it takes some time to plug into the socket for portable use.

I never find myself in a situation where I need to move around my space a lot with headphones on except perhaps VR.

If anything wireless headphones would be a nuisance since there is so much added complexity for little to no benefit.

Even in the ideal scenario where they manage to get the sound quality to match wired with robust wireless data transmition free from EMI.

You still have to constantly recharge the fucker, it also saps your phones battery life if you are to use it on the move.

Creates more problems than it solves for daily use.

Well I can listen to music for a long time now. But surely bluetooth will make a significant difference. That's what I meant.

I'd rather eat shit than have to use iTunes for music.
A drag and drop mp3 player which i can attach to my collar when training, or my pants pocket when not, is all i need. And the wires are a non-issue with such a small device.

Modern iPhone gets similar battery life to androids with much bigger batteries, what I'd love is an iPhone with a big battery

>I don't care about music and so shouldn't you

Okay.

Literally an image showing top tier battery life from the iPhone

The fuck is your point kiddo?

Bluetooth doesn't take affect battery life much anymore either, it's amazing how far it's come in the past 4 years

I'm agreeing with Is that a problem?

Good thing Apple doesn't create music, else you would actually have a point in that empty reply.

Holy shit, that bitch is a proper semen daemon.
Would impregnate/10.

Hmm that's interesting. I bought wireless headphones a few years back and they kept dropping connection and fucked up my batterylife, got a refund and never looked back. I'm now looking at the Bose QC35's. Although expensive they are comfy af. I'll probably wait a bit for the market to get more competitive once Apple forces them into wireless.

>I want to hear the artist's spit while training in a noisy environment blasting noise from my open $1000+ HD800s speakers and an external AMP/DAC dangling from my testicles looking like a complete douchebag.

Audiophiles everyone

>say goodbye to shitty tangled wires.
so everyone who wish and might will hear what you talking about through the bluetouth

1. Apple will give the industry a push like the did with touch screen phones, USB, disk drives (floppy, optical.)

2. Everyone else's laughable flagship feature on their phones for the next year will be the inclusion of a headphone port.

It's better to wait imo, since apple is making this move we'll see better wireless headphones and cheaper too soon.

My bluedio n2 is pretty good for the price, but I'm sure there will be better ones out in a few months

get a bluetooth jammer to fuck with people and pray you don't land in jail for it.

Or figure out how to hijack the device and blast porn/spooky through it.

battery life drops a fair bit if you're using exchange activesync

Battery life is only an issue for dumbfucks who buy phones with non-replaceable batteries,
as well as dumbfucks who don't maximize the efficiency of their batteries by always keeping the charge between 20% and 80%, never higher or lower.

it's a difficult one. iOS devices appear to support aac and sbc but not aptx...

so one could hope for cheap aac devices from apple. apparently beats don't support aac at the moment. bose qc35s do.

Where did you study battery chemistry

>1 year later
>Iphone 8 announced
>"we are excited to show you this new "appletooth" technology"
>"we will be replacing bluetooth with this, sorry but bluetooth devices will not work with the Iphone 8"
>"but dont worry we are also announced these new earpod appletooth headset, only 89$ for the same quality as a random 5$ chink bt headset"
>apple fag: "OH THANK YOU APPLE, PLEASE LET ME SWALLOW MORE SPERM"

This will actually happen

How about i forward that question to the Sony engineers and chemists?
If you are going to act like a smartass user, make sure to first check before farting out of your mouth whether other people see it as something coming from arrogance and stupidity, rather than knowledge.

Are you 12?

Bludio is awful

>taking the time to make sure your phone doesn't charge over 80 percent

Sounds completely reasonable

>he can't set up a charge alarm and do 3 seconds of math to estimate, or use an appropriate power management app

user, there should be a limit to your mental retardation, but i am not seeing it.

It's mixed absolute shit usage. You should kill yourself you dumb fucking asshole

did it hit you? apple fag

Get back to me when you can plug in apples new USB c cables and drag and drop a flac or avi file without "syncing" them to iTunes

My nexus 6p doesn't have a pleb battery so it's easy to keep in the sweet spot

> discussing the removal of a headphone jack from a phone
> discusses media syncing instead
