Which one is better, Sup Forums?

Which one is better, Sup Forums?

github for open-source contributions
bitbucket for private repos

both are shit compared to company-focused solutions like beanstalkapp

Github by a country mile. But I fucks with a Bitbucket account for privacy.

...

c) GitLab because their software is free

I use both. Github for social networking and connecting with my feminist groups, bitbucket for work.

They're both shit. Host your own damn code

>Extra work for no reason

>shithub
>shitbucket
>shitlab

GitHub is so much better than Bitbucket it's not even funny.

>extra work maintaining online cloud repositories and following third-party terms of service and dealing with feminists suggesting you reword your documentation for no reason

Fuck off?

So what's better in your opinion, source forge? Kek

You sound like your project has many collaborators :^)

Bitbucket if for professionals (along with JIRA)

Github is for FOSS and stupid "code portfolio" shit

Atlassian apps cost monies

>Bitbucket if for professionals (along with JIRA)
>Github is for FOSS
What about professional FOSS?

Github enterprise

Shame he isn't wrong.

Yeah, 10$ for self-hosted Jira or confluence which plugs directly into bitbucket. You can spare 2 coffees can't you?

perforce. git is for SJW startups.

GitHub is a necessary evil. Necessary because it's so fucking massive and evil because it's run by SJW trash.

We have this at the place I'm quitting and they've had to get atlassian to update the VMs to handle more ram and cpu usage. It's not a very efficient running app. We're hosted with atlassian, not in our DC
