I like bblean and exon theme.
I really like Windows 7 but the live folders really fuck with custom icons. I was using sagethumbs to get around that but it made the thumbnails for images load slower and that was very annoying.

you can get a gtk2 patch 4 that but its a bit bugy and stops working sometimes
