Wire management will go a long way to make your station look better.
This is actually getting old and more cancerous then the person its for.

8/10 I miss the triple monitor setup
???/10
7/10, what are you thinking of the steam controller? just got mine recently, I honestly hate it

Its fun for some couch gaming, but for fps and fighting games I was disappointing. I have basically locked to using it for dragonball z and rocket league. Tbh its a hit and miss with how they are configured in games.

Hello yes this is my battlestation

...

Any thoughts? Going to upgrade from my worn and not too aesthetic glass desk.

I like everything but the Halo.

I too often have tropicana and those lysol cleaning wipes at my desk.

What is it?

I am even more confused

...

4k in portrait mode is amazing.

>this post

this goes beyond autism

Stargate is shit

neat

visit my desktop thread on /qa/

Stargate?

But that wallpaper is Blade Runner.

I know, I realised. I thought it was Stargate due to the blue and the way it's designed.

It's ok, user, we all make mistakes..

You just have to make up for it by saying that Stargate is a good scifi show..!

But, but, the movie is godawful.

Bump!

what the actuall fuck
this is awesome

you built that yourself?
like this is entirely your idea or has there been anything like it before ?
why not use a big yoga ball. They are less wobbly

Wow this is comfy

kek

This is my battlestation. I designed and built the desk. There is also a depressing-looking carpet with soda stains, but you can ignore it. There is no chair because my current one is broken and I need to replace it.

Tippity-top tier.

>soda stains
you're not tricking me, this is dried cum

Rip RX 480, Sending it off to RMA today.

Looks good, but why 5 legs?

~~ i'm just procrastinating on it. I still have to do cable management inside my desktop aswell.

its life right now

search up "ilya kuvshinov" on DA, and you'll find this picture in their submitted

hm bu-but i like my wallpape

...

You better provide the wallpaper you triple nigger.

...

Here you go, quadruple fåne!

This is the original ratio though, not 16:9.

ones to put up his ass

That's expensive as fuck desudesu.

Buy a bunch of fucking thick wood planks, cut two for the sides, screw them in, congratulations you have the best table in the universe.

Or even better, buy legs some place else than Ikea, they'll be cheaper and much better quality.

Gonna clean up my room and setup today a bit, I have the day off and nothing else to do.

Anything I should do besides the cables? (Gonna do that soon, gonna buy a cable sleeve or some shit)

I am thinking of adding some posters and shit around my room just to give it more personality.

In the near future I am going to get a Logitech G403 mouse and a new mechanical keyboard, I was thinking a G610 but the reviews aren't that great on Amazon.

Also should I move my monitors to the right a little bit or are they fine where it is?

...

How do you guys stay warm when it's cold in your setup? I wrap myself in a blanket but that can get kind uncomfortable. Is there some type of better way?

...

Get a footrest of some kind and it will be much better using a blanket.

I used to do pic related but in this new apartment it never gets cold enough..

Can't tell if very very low contrast or massive ips glow on those screens.

...

Are there any I can buy on Amazon? Honestly I don't have much room under my desk because I have a power strip and all of that.

>Can't tell if very very low contrast or massive ips glow on those screens.
Probably the contrast or something that I messed up while editing it. Those screens are great, and the IPS glow is pretty minimal.

>Can't tell if very very low contrast or massive ips glow on those screens.
could also be grey backgrounds instead of black.

How did you wire the cables to the TV? I need to do something like that but my TV is much further up.

Also the Hyper X Cloud is a really fucking good headset, I love mines.

Just a regular footrest, user, you can get those at any furtniture store.

I use one from ikea.

Yeah since it was Dell it got me wondering.

Got one in the dark?

...

Yea but I already told you why it probably won't be possible.

Got a pretty blank slate. What do?

I got everything running to the left then down, all hidden by the consoles and controllers. Actually harder than it looks to notice the wires and get a picture.

looks very uncomfy
would feel very embarrassed to have women over

Shit how did you do that? I wish I was good at cable management, not the best sadly.

acquire a taste in art

I have this one, but the 'glow' looks actually worse for some reason. It's not noticeable at all, and I assume it just shows up on pictures because of the angle and gray color. Also, there's some minimal reflection happening too, even though the panels are coated with an AG coating.

I was so concerned with the desk setup, I forgot about the WP. Doesn't look as retarded when I had only one screen.

Patience. A lot of it.

Yea looks like a pain in the ass, it's always so fucking stressful for me.

It's not that hard. Just try to keep everything straight, get wires wrapped together whenever you can, try to hide everything in the corner and behind stuff. It's more about being smart on knowing where to put the wires so they're not noticeable than actually being really organized.

If there's a problem that halts progress, you fix it..!

Huh, odd. They are matte screens though, right?

I had an old IPS screen I removed the matte film from, making it glossy. The black levels became amazing. If you end up having an extra one of those dells screens just lying, try that.

True, Don't know how I am gonna fix something like that though.

Yeah, they're matte. While the image on a glossy screen is obviously much better, I get some glare from my windows at some times in the day, which doesn't bother me with a matte screen, but would probably be a pain with a glossy one.

Well, since the topic is currently cable management, this is what I did.

Solves having a power brick on the floor.

A little ingenuity and a couple of hours is all you need!

Nice. I did something similar, but taped the power bricks to the wall instead, which makes it a hell of a lot easier to connect and disconnect stuff compared to having it upside down under the table.

When winter really hits we need comfy edition threads. Opposite of stock posts.

Tidy up
Nice monitor but I absolutely hate the keyboard
Pretty nice but would look better with matching monitors on a dual arm mount.
beautiful tv, cute dog, love it
You made an effort with wire management but you drilled the hole in your wall too far up. You should've done it further down so we don't see the cables disappearing. Get a new desk or sand it down and paint it or something.
Nice laptop station, but one of your bollocks fell off.
Is that a second monitor? if so turn it the fuck on and stop hiding your porn.
Align your monitors...
It's not christmas yet user
Your desk is quite clearly sagging like mine used to. 0/10
It's nice, but not clean enough and you need a bigger desk fore the minimalist look.
very cosy
Your entertainment setup is pretty damn nice, your battlestation is too bare though.
Is that a new chair? I have the master XL, it's pretty nice
Best in thread
Nice monitor stands, what are they? Also loving the BX8's :)
wtf
Get some speakers

Yeah for my next battlestation I'll be more prepared, like flip the table over and do all the cables, so I don't have to sit under the short table and fuck up my back.

Some more diy panels hiding things better etc. It's great fun thinking it all up.

My current screen () is like 80% glossy and it is annoying when it's bright, but well worth it in the dark.

The movie isn't what most fans would consider the good part of SG anyway.

Oh and just to help you see it, this it not barrel distortion or w,e BS you want to make up. It did the same thing on the other bst picture you posted. (Look at how the line on the left dips down and clearly wont line up with the corner of the desk. If you want more proof take a picture in the daylight so I can show you more clearly.

Anybody here have any experience with standing desks?
I'm thinking about jury-rigging my current setup into a standing desk.

How can I stick it like that?

Hey user that is a new chair! My old one was fucking hideous. I have two GT Omega Pro office chairs. One for me, and one for whoever decides to stop by.

>How can I stick it like that?
You just need some double-sided mounting tape.

This is my setup Where do you think I can mount it? I have a mesh under my table (For cables but doesn't work all that good)

L-desks are always nice

Seems fun, but that monitor on the right is so small and seems annoying

>offset monitor

Again, shit monitors

I read all the replies and I still don't know

Clean up you slob. Is that a HHKB?

seems comfy but man thats a lot of animu

top tier poorfag cozy

Seems weird having your second monitor on the right, but maybe that's just me

This is rather amazing, but get a better keyboard

Wow that's dirty carpet

That's pretty good

Quality

Why did you put your entire house into one room

Ultra nice

That's great but isn't it weird having the TV on a different wall?

what

aesthetic

Clean up and turn your PC around to the right way

>those different size monitors
kys

it's ok

10/10

Solid cable management satan

How do you get it so tidy

9.5/10

Fucking hell it's nice

>Ultra nice
Thanks a lot man! I appreciate that. I just need to do a few things before I can say it's perfect.

How should I make space for a second screen? Place the case on the ground or mount the speakers? Case is already near the edge of the table

You would benefit from a bigger table

You can easily just tape it to under your desk if you can remove that mesh you mentioned, or to the wall, though it would probably make moving the desk a bit of a pain if you ever need to do it.

I used double sided tape to stick it onto the table so I could screw it in(its meant to be screwed onto things).

As for that table, it looks like you got a metal frame that the board lies on. If so, you might be able to squeeze through some zipties which you can attach the powerbrick with.

I also used a stapling gun for velcro strips for the cables. Can be done for the power brick too.

My 2011 battlestation

Hopefully I'll do a current one soon, I'm waiting for UPS to stop stealing my monitor arms.

>That's great but isn't it weird having the TV on a different wall?
It is if I want to use my mouse and keyboard for something, but the TV is pretty much just for the consoles, watching anime or playing stuff with a controller in general, and I can just turn to the side in my chair or actually use it from my bed which is on the opposite wall, and that's perfect for what I need it for.

The problem would also be my monitor power bricks, I wouldn't be able to just hang them. I don't know what to do in this situation.

You can do the same thing I did here which was tape the power bricks to the wall too.

Damn you put Velcro on everything.

new monitor so i have to redo all wires :(

It's a pain in the ass whenever I need to mess with the wires to connect or disconnect something, but it's worth it considering it makes everything looks neat and organized 99% of the time.

True but I hate the pain in the ass that it would bring.
