Realise I'm late to the party but I am shocked at how decent this is.
It's like they finally worked out how to not fuck up a show about hacking.

The fuck you talkin' 'bout? First of, this isn't Sup Forums. Also you certainly didn't saw season 2.
Welcome to fsociety, 1337 h@xx0r.
It's the most Sup Forums show that has ever existed
Sure thing.
It's a very good series, indeed.
Sup Forums is just being coy.
Yeah, the initial portrayal is alright, but you'll soon figure out this show is not really about hacking or tech. Hacking is just a plot tool for the weak "what-is-real"/mystery/political drama they are pushing.
Basically, they used hacking as a premise, but you can see very quickly that they don't really know what to do with it. The plot could be so much better, its not even funny.
It's a shame the writing is so bad
Pro :
KDE + Ubuntu + Installing TOR with apt-get + #th3g3ntl3man
Con :
a GUI for a l33t hacker...
Yeah it's really good. Pretty original and well made for a tv show
our guy
Is hacker culture dying? While Generation Z has been using computing devices pratically since their birth, fewer of them have any desire to learn how technology really works.
>#th3g3ntl3man
>The plot could be so much better, its not even funny.
Yet you're not a screenwriting millionaire.
How do you know?
>Is hacker culture dying?
When a mass-media network make a serie with some obscure sub-culture references is the exact moment when this sub-culture is dying.
They stole the plot-twist from Fight-Club.
>How do you know?
You browse 4chin.
That's the point
There is no such thing as "hacker culture" """"""""hacking""""""""" requires in-depth knowledge of a certain type of system people that know their vulnerabilities are always either overweight basement dwellers or eastern European gangs
B-but muh "playful cleverness"
fight club stole the plot twist from jekyll and hyde
>KDE+Ubuntu
>Pros
Fight-Club and Mr-Robot :
An hidden army of leet soldiers headed by a bipolar schyzo vs some megacorps.
Jekyll & Hyde :
The Nesbitt impersonation from the mini-serie is quite stunning.
But there's no little army there.
>the important part of the series is having a small army
You can't be serious.
the "armies" aren't part of the plot twist.
The raspberry pi scene was fantastic, great bait and switch.
confirmed for not understanding plot of either
this isnĀ“t reddit you dingus
Mr. Robot is alright (even with the season 2 circlejerk) but the real official Sup Forums show is halt and catch fire. The weeb is strong in that one.
I need a Boz spinoff NOW
my wife's son love this show and wants to become schizo ;-(
loooooool
me to
thanks
this!
Bos is GOAT!
my wife's son wasn't able to solve his java assignment today, it required him to sum all numbers between two negative doubles in an array
halt and catch fire is better
I don't want to watch that show because the title makes it sound like a spy show.
It was surprising that the media Jews even let them mention the gold standard
