>A bill allowing UK intelligence agencies and police unprecedented levels of power regarding the surveillance of UK citizens has recently passed and is awaiting royal assent, making it law.
Repeal the new Surveillance laws (Investigatory Powers Act)
>UK
Enjoy the third world you cucks
Move out from UK you retard. You won't be able to stop this and it will only get worse. Soon having blinds in your home will be illegal.
It's too late, trying to get get people's attention in the last year when a difference could have been made was fucking impossible because it doesn't effect the price of muh Toblerone or isn't hilarious like American politics so it's been walked in.
Plus even if they did repeal it, they'll just carry on doing it anyway.
Like how we all know that the NSA is breaking American law, but good luck making the government stop doing what it wants if there's no way to stop it.
we dont have that problem in the Europen Union
its time for britbongs to go back to the colonies since the nignogs moved to britbong

>thinks a petition will do something
> lives in uk
> thinks he is free
> but muh Internet!
Just stop fucking off and save up some money to take a ship over to the US like my ancestors did 400 years ago.
It's just passed. Parliament literally just debated it. This is absolutely pointless.
This is accurate: most of the provisions of the Act actually just make legal the existing practices that GCHQ, the Security Service, and the Secret Intelligence Service were doing anyway.
You might want to think carefully about that, and take advice on what position Brexit could have on your immigration rights there.
Five (other) EU countries want laws regulating encryption too (e.g. Hungary, Poland...).
Luckily I think I've dodged the Brexit bullet when it comes to my immigration rights, for while I have considered applying for a British passport, I am still an EU national.
While I agree to an extent that the government has, is, and will continue spying on the public regardless of whether it's legal or not, it is nonetheless an issue every UK resident needs to be aware of. The futility of the matter shouldn't encourage apathy.
Although, the British do seem to have a bizarre set of innate phobias and principles, which makes them a perfect target for this sort of an experiment.
>(e.g. Hungary, Poland...).
I fucking hate right wing nuts governments. Two sides of the same coin isn't a theory. Surveillance to protect you from scary terrorists versus surveillance to protect you from scary racists.
Why even bother.
All we need now is trolltrace.
And publish publicly everyone's everything.
I can already hear big data faggots fapping as loud as an entire turboprop fleet.
>bongland is constantly fucking itself over
>tfw I have a VPN
walked past this classy operation a few days ago. 15 cops pulling over random cars and shaking civilians down sure as fuck made me feel safe.
>a vpn
Soon you'll have a dick in your ass by a guy calling you his bitch
As a Bong, were fucked. Pic related, not me though
Got something to hide, pedophile?
This is fake, even in the UK you can't simply be ordered to "come to court" regarding a criminal matter, you would be arrested, interviewed and charged. They would also arrest the entire household and seize all computers to search for evidence.
I live in a "3rd world country" and things like this never happened.
>OP wants good internet
>suggests going to the US
can't wait to see america one-up them on this too.
