For example, if you disable Windows Defender it automatically enables it after a while. Some settings are also changed when it updates. I've had it re-install those shitty Windows 10 apps after an update, including that Candy Crush bullshit game.

There are too many Batch scripts out there, many of which are written by Microsoft, for CMD to be removed completely. Nonetheless, you should always be using Powershell over CMD whenever possible.

Do remember that Microsoft loves removing settings and can force you to use PowerShell in the future.

The whole point of Windows 10 is to have the computer make decisions for you. Restarting in the middle of your work, downloading suddenly in the middle of something you do that require bandwidth. (mostly to fuck with children during their gaming sessions ) and of course reverting all your configuration after every restart. That is the whole point of using Windows 10 over previous versions. Why would you install Windows 10 if you don't want these features? It is literally the main difference from Windows 8.
People install Windows 10 because they want all the telemetry and other spyware in the computer. People think that you literally have to send all files and logs to Microsoft on email if they want Microsoft to spy on them. But the spyware is available on Windows 7 and 8 as optional updates. So the only real reason to update to Windows 10 is to be inconvenienced effectively by the OS using high tech deep learning.
