BtN, HDB, and PtP. If you are on at least one of these, you are guaranteed to eventually receive an invite if you are at least a PU. By eventually, I mean within a couple of months. If you want in right now, then you need to raise your user class. Anyone actually on WCD should be on at least one of the above-mentioned trackers.

What had open signups at the very beginning. Xanax has already hit the user limit and should close open signups (didn't take long). They have a huge headstart on the other two in terms of user enthusiasm and torrents uploaded. Bad users can be pruned in the coming months.

xanax hasn't achieved anything. their admins have already shown bad management and their only affiliation is with ever more shady SCC. they just have a large userbase, anybody can do that just by opening registrations.
PTH is rebuilding a community from scratch and the aim is to make sure it's done properly THIS TIME. It's been open for little more than a day and already showing promise. It's happening, lads.

Do they have invites for users in good standing on BTN or PTP? If not they're going to have real trouble building any community. My bet is that Xanax's open -> upload frenzy -> prune/debug -> steady invite growth will work better unless the management is truly incompetent as you say.
