That's a terrible monitor, OP. They have the failure rates expected of an IPS panel, while only being a TN panel. Often in the first year you'll get a row of dead pixels (like 30 or something along the bottom right or left) then it will begin flickering.

Main reason is because you need to download a piece of shit app to use all the "built in Chromecast" shit. How is it Bulit in if you do it all from a spyware-tier app? They wanted me to help them out installing it and when I saw that, told them it's no good. Especially since they're no going to invest in stuff like 4K Bluray or even TV Programming.
