Blame Linux Torvalds, the developer of Linux.
Are you retarded?
Get a different file viewer dummy
yes
If it's still true, why do you have a picture from 2004 instead of your current setup?
I have set nomacs as the default file viewer I stil get this
I can see thumbnails on mint but they just replace the small file type indicators on the right.
Shit I meant left
Seriously, this is a retarded problem that should not be a thing. I tried this on Ubuntu while playing around with it in a VM and it really is a problem. I read that KDE has thumbnail view in the file picker, but it's also turbo bloated. Just what the fuck?
So everyone who has Ubuntu have been posting like this all this time?
Sheeit!
I am new to linux but God damn
Then just get the KDE file manager and skip out on the rest of the desktop
One "solution" is to have the file manager open with thumbnails, and then drag the picture onto either the post form or the file picker, I'm not sure at the moment. Try either.
Isn't it an issue with GTK and not just the file manager?
>nautilus
what is this
It's got KDE dependencies,
I am still installing it though
Yes dragging file to post works
Just the GTK filepicker. The gnome devs will not solve it, so use a patch or drag&drop. Everybody know gnome devs are a bunch retarded bastard leading with Icaza, but still using it as Qt is for crossplatform development at least for me.
how do you patch it?
Check AUR. I never tried it, but someone posted a screenshot, so it's work(ed). Maybe GTK2 needed, but ask it elsewhere.
I mean, what's the difference if you just open your file manager (which of course has thumbnails), select the image and drag-and-drop it?
It's not so convenient to do on 1366x768 display
post that image and I will tell you.
or even better post all your anime images in that folder.
I have: info on this.
I need: that image of Asuka.
>kde
>bloated
pick one lmao
it's ubuntu that's bloated, not kde.
