My grandfather has been litigating against Apple, Nokia, fucking all major phone manafucutrers in the 90's and early 00's for infringing on 1-2 patents.
Apple is apparently the biggest assholes. They spend 3 months to send a reply for a drafting with little nitpicks about grammatical issues. Now they've got something like 17 lawyers in court against our 3. It's already cost my grandfather something like 13 million dollars
