Go to the playlist buttons part and delete the show_message playlist line for prev and next buttons.
Add no-osc to config.

Thanks for that. I'm curious, does mpv's lua implementation let you override functions? I was thinking I could just have get_playlist() return an empty string and avoid having to replace all of the osc this way.
