Avira is the least annoying, so that's the one I use. But first and foremost Get your hands on 2017 version as soon as it's out

I heard CS'17 is going to be really good.

I agree with common sense lol its for family that have very little tec knowledge

Why are you recommending a botnet?

...

doesnt matter, even with AV tards will manage to install some sort of fucking malware. AV wont do shit when they click yes on every popup.

I'd say couple AV with firefox or chrome and install an adblocker and https everywhere, really couldn''t hurt.

yea but it basically to stop them asking every time i see them to fix PC hopefully

whenever I got myself malware it's for turning off common sense and hoping in something too good to be true. No AV could save me then.

so yeah, best solution is common sense + malwarebytes or just installing linux

ublock origin+windows defender

I know what you mean, seriosuly try the adblocker thing and go with some AV. I don't know any good ones, I haven't used any in 10 years at least. Like I said normies are gunna click stupid shit, no getting around it. If you really wanna stop em from asking you ask for money. They'll bug someone else, and if not you get some cash, win win..

Yeah i will give that a try .. Money is always a win

Webroot

kaspersky...most of the others are cpu hogging system slow down shit.

Common sense

care to explain why Avira is botnet?
if you're talking about using cloud to scan, you can disable it and even prompt before sending files to it

>common sense 2016 xd
this

I use Common Sense because I'm literally perfect and nothing is ever gonna get past me.

Been using MSE/Defender since it came out and haven't had any infections. I also use Bitdefender Anti-Ransomware and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.

For paid software NOD32 is the best.

Hey, me too!

Linux.

dban

ClamAV

Is the built-in Windows firewall good enough or is there a better free option? I am using Windows 7.

Comodo was annoying as fuck and a resource hog when I used it. Are there any other options?

Common sense with a side order of Malwarebytes.

360 safe esential

Defender+MBAM

Common Sense 2016.

>not having the enterprise edition.
What are you, poor?

>360
Literally adware

Why settle for free when you can easily crack webroot?

I haven't had a virus in a long time (that I'm aware of) since no one else uses my computer anymore, but I get paranoid everynow and then and run malwarebytes.
