1.Once you visit the site you get logged instantly(for a while, nobody keeps that junk data for long)
2.For the copyright orgs to use that would mean that the site is a honeypot or they would bust the site and get the logs but that would imply the site keeps those types a logs for a long time WHICH they don't since that would cost a lot and torrent sites get by with donations + few adds+ they have no reason to in the 1st place.
3.If you just get a torrent file it doesn't mean anything, you haven't infringed anything.
4.The copyright orgs don't even use that as a practice, they monitor the peers.
5.IF the site gets busted and IF they manage to get all the data, copyright orgs will go after staff+uploaders.
