>Oh Shit I Get To Make It Edition

Got my mic arm mounted. Custom fit into the roof of my desk.
Up next USB C Dock, white board.

made a song with my ms20 a few days ago. I love it.

And next to my desk.

Removed the Christmas lights yesterday. They kept falling off, and I was getting rid of other holiday stuff in the rest of the house anyway. Kinda miss them though.

Also made a bit of a collage. There was a cool one from an user on the last thread, so I thought about doing something similar. Not sure if I should add specs or whatever to it though, kinda like it simple.

Forever the only good glass desk setup.

don't laugh

Why have a PS1 and PS2 hooked up?

Don't get me wrong, I kept my 1 and 2, but I only have my 3 hooked up at the moment...

>standing desk
>mx anywhere
>shit keyboard
>weights
>a fucking mic
what the fuck do you do with all that shit?

>a fucking ball chair

wtf is going on today? Are these troll posts? Who the fuck stands and who the fuck uses ball chair? this is meme-tier shit

...

>Standing desk
>Meme
I guess you're bitter about your weak body.
>Shit keyboard
For kicking back and watching a movie. I legitimately like chiclet, though. Just personal preference.
>weights
For not being weak
>Mic
For the occasional game, video conferencing, my work.

Anything else, senpai?

Also >ball chair
>>>Not understanding not everybody is you

Sorry I missed one
>MX Anywhere
MX Master, actually, fgt.

Because I play both of them weekly? They're my favorite era of gaming and I play it with my gf once in a while. Right now she's playing Silent Hill 1.

...

HAHAHAHAHA

Thanks man, miss the christmas lights. You thinking about getting a led strip? People call them a meme but they're great for different emotions, makes me feel more creative, comfy, or focused.

Also is that a vita? I'm about to buy a ps4 and kinda like the idea of vita but it sucks that it's been abandoned. Playing dragonquest builders on the go would be fun.

How do you function with so little desk space? :(

Do people really care that much about other people's specs, though? I can't say it's ever inspired much thought from me.

I thought about it, but I don't think LED strips are going to look that good. I have some under the desk, which looks nice because it's hidden, but if I have to run wires and have them right above and in front of me it will probably look terrible and annoy me. I think I still have an old roll somewhere, so I might just check how it looks later.

And yeah, it's a Vita. Bought it like 6 months ago, and it's easily my favorite console out of all of the current gen stuff, which I own everything but the Xbone. Playing stuff in bed is really comfy and there are lots of weeb shit with cute girls too. Dragon Quest Builders was easily one of my favorite games from last year, and playing it on the go or in bed was even better. The PS4 is pretty great too, I've been playing the new Miku game non-stop this week, and Bloodborne is one of my favorite games of all time.

That's one of the reasons I didn't put anything on it. I never really care about Speccy screenshots or other similar stuff on these threads, and I find that when people ask about them instead it can spark some discussion, which is more interesting.

I played Bloodborne with my friend who is obsessed with Dark Souls and what a beautiful and inspired game. I play From Software games mostly for the art direction and music. For sure will pick that up too. And I was thinking of getting that miku game to, I used to play the fuck out of DDR and still do. Love rhythm games.

What games do you suggest for the PS4? Right now I know I'm getting resident evil 7, odins sphere, Bloodborne, miku, dead or ailve xtreme 3 (don't laugh I want fat anime ass), and Gravity Rush 1. I'm hyped as fuck for building a new collection, I haven't since xbox360.

Instead of LED strip, why not just get a few meters of LED RGB christmas lights on sale (right now) and hide them away for an ambient glow of a color of your choosing?

-OP

the BM800 is a cardioid mic, I don't think you have it rotated in the right direction

faggots

You have been posting this for what feels like a year and I can't tell if this is a meme anymore.

That's a really good list. Odin Sphere is really fun and looks amazing, Project Diva Future Tone has an insane amount of songs and is hard as fuck, so don't bother with PD X or whatever, and Gravity Rush is pretty much the only PS4 game I bothered to get Platinum. As for other games, if you're into racing, Driveclub is one of the best looking driving games I've ever played, it's pretty fun to play once in a while, and I love the photo mode. Infamous Second Son is a pretty fun but kinda short game, The Last of Us and the remastered Uncharted games are great if you haven't played them yet, and Ratched & Clank is another really good remake.

There are lots of good stuff coming in the next few months too, with Gravity Rush 2 next week, Yakuza 0 on the other one and then Nioh and Horizon next month.

This could work too. If I got some Christmas lights again I'd probably have to find a better way to get them to stay in place, but if I can find some RGB ones that I can mess with using a controller similar to a strip, it might work better.

I do like driving games, but more of the arcade type. I play initial d 3 and 4 and ridge racer type 4 a lot. I still play them, they just feel like games you can spend years getting better at. I was gonna get to those to, never played uncharted or last of us. Honestly right now I feel like console gaming is a million times better compared to PC. PC feels pretty stagnant.

Oh yeah and gonna get FF15.

Thanks for the suggestions.

>Honestly right now I feel like console gaming is a million times better compared to PC. PC feels pretty stagnant.

Definitely. I barely play anything different on PC nowadays. It's basically a few of multiplats over the year and Dota 2 or other random F2P/MMO/MOBA shit, while on Vita and PS4 I'm always getting new stuff I can't find on PC. The only surprising games PC had last year were XCOM 2 and Civ VI, but they were just sequels, so nothing new.

Driveclub is a bit arcade-y, but it still has some more realistic elements thrown in. For me it's basically just a game to chill. I like to race alone on rainy weather and take some pictures afterwards, and it's pretty relaxing. Drifting is fun too. If you've never played TLOU or Uncharted, definitely get the remasters, the first one specially. I find Uncharted a bit boring personally, but the story and characters are still fun, and the remaster is well done, but TLOU is a similar gameplay concept that is much better executed.

Oh, and if you're into it, Destiny is kinda fun too. Playing alone is a bit boring, but the gunplay feels nice, even though it's a FPS on a controller.

Probably not. I just did the wire management and mount and got down to other work.

>30 zip ties later

When I get going on my next recordingsI'll make sure I've got it aimed correctly.

It is cardioid. So as long as the actual pickup is square with the audio source it doesn't matter if it is upside down or straight up or to the side

How can I make my dorm setup better?

>piss jar

Its PBR so yea piss jar.

Stop fucking around and find an internship so you can afford a non pajeet setup.

It would be easier to list how you could make it worse

could someone reverse this guy's hair and beard for me? Hair as beard, beard as hair.

I need to take a new photo, got some upgrades.

Fuck you faggot

ty user. this made my morning

Do you kneel to use this?

>not drinking piss in 2017

user gets it

Need to take a proper picture at some point and get better lighting/decoration

do you have 2 clocks on your android device too?

>implying i have an android device.

literally just move the lamp to the other side of the desk and you got yourself a 10/10

wat

The fung shway is off with the lamp on the left.

*Right
Sorry I forgot my chromosome in my other pair of pants.

Your desk is an edsal rack?

Wat monitor

Then do that instead of posting the same old photo in every thread you fatso.

Surely that is not a standing battlestation? How short are you, 5 feet?

Other than that, I really like the style. The enclosed workspace looks really cozy paired with the carpet.

Masterpiece.

How comfortable is that excercise ball? I've been thinking about "ergonomizing" my battlestation by getting rid of my IKEA Marcus chair, since it's not very comfortable during long sessions.

>landscape+portrait

my nignog

one (You) has been deposited to your CTRL+F search.

You should take a new picture though, if it's really yours =)

warmer lighting or even an RGB LED strip. Other than that, your desk+bookshelf combo looks comfy, but it would look better in a different color/texture combo (something like dark wood with more subtle texture), but that's just my personal opinion.

Take a look at the color and texture of this dude's furniture

Do it! I'm still wondering what the framed picture to the right resembles though. My best guess is a close-up of elephant skin.

Definitely get some decoration for that left corner. It looks very empty and cold as of right now. Maybe a few framed pictures or posters for your wall aswell and you will have an incredibly comfy setup.

What the fuck is that on your speakers?

It's been a few months, but I'm back.

Nice - small and clean.

glass desk is triggering but altogether 7/10. Cable management could be a bit better.

Very nice - clean and very aestetic

I mean... It's not the worst...

>desktop icons, no file organization
>recycle bin on desktop
>not using displayfusion for multi-monitors
>same image for both monitors
extremely triggered 5/10

>cluttered
>didn't even clean up for the photo
I like your monitors and your lil kitty pic, 6/10

Still gay

>coaster for water
nice
Bad choice of wallpaper for monitors with bezels, in my opinion.

Nothing, it's already pretty good. 8/10

Harrison Ford's photo is crooked

10/10 for minimalism

Small space/10

You must be really retarded to put memes into frames but i already can tall that thanks to that idiotic pink light.

when did you lose your legs? :-(

Looks comfy, man.

all these memes.

this gives me a great feeling of nostalgia and it's currently my favourite setup itt

The hunt for /k/ommando battlestation continues

It was perfect. user only had a desk, thinkpad ( I think it was a T420) and an AR in some dimly lit hallway.

Has anyone saved this holy grail of battlestations?

What's a good cheap IKEA desk? Current desk I'm using is a grandparent-tier desk I copped from goodwill.

New picture

cheap ikea legs and a sufficiently sized table surface, if youre in the UK B&Q will cut wood and MDF sheets for you.

Thanks

what the fuck?

How're you liking the v21? I just bought my system in it, is seems pretty great for the price, only real issue I've had are the front panel cables were too short to reach around when I rotated the front I/o to the right side.

Galant.

Is it made anymore?

Yeah, you should put those on that top shelf, if possible.

If you only play in a seated position it shouldnt matter too much.

No.

Well alright then.

Sorry.

nice cat

might as well have bought an oculus, its more comfortable and you don't need giant headphones like the OP of this pic

i would kill myself if i had to use that.

>don't need giant headphones like the OP of this pic
Yeah lets go ahead and NOT use the $1000 headphones because the occulus includes it own.

Fuck off, those headphones will destroy anything occulus provides.

You remember when? You could check at rebeccablacktech

I've been digging through the site for hours now and still no luck. I'm not Sup Forums enough to really understand how the search engine works unfortunately

BDM4350.

It's a secret!
Macro photography is one of my favorite hobbies, and shooting stuff you can't quite guess what it is, is fun.

It's excellent for when you sit down, superb tracking.
I also don't have room for moving around unless I move the furniture. I got two tripods for them when I do room-stuff.

these collages are actually fun

quick question family

why the fuck do you need so many fucking speakers

it's just two sets
I still have the old ones set up while I get accustomed to the new ones so I can still A/B real quick. the subwoofer is being sold, though.

Do you like it? (The monitor)
In the market and considering a 4k to replace a triple setup but don't want to go higher pixel density than 27" wqhd.

The only negatives are the burn-in on high contrast parts of the screen and it's kinda thick for todays standards.

The burn-in isn't permanent though. I only notice it when grey windows or whatever are on the screen, you notice like a 15% transparent line here and there from the browsers/whatever.

laptops arent really battlestations tho

The PS TV's a monitor for Debian now, using Synergy for the keyboard and trackpad

Holy shit user, you are rich.

I always found it funny when I was little that flats where called flats.
Coz they are always in tall tower blocks.

nope, took me one and a half years to gather that budget, and at that rate it will take a very long time till I got the place really how I want it

>cm storm commander
why are you doing this to yourself

Desktop comes up to just above my belt. Right about 100% Average height for American male.
Are you guys just used to standing desks you have to hunch your shoulders to use?

Also yeah, it's cozy. I like that you have a wall behind your chair, second user. My preferred setup with a normie desk.

Yup. 79 bucks.

:( Some Trump supporters pulled my hijab off and stole them.

I bought it for the low height. They're fine enough--roomy on the inside, but don't isolate noise very well. Really wish AMD had made an AM4 mini-ITX MOBO. Don't think I'd buy them again.

Well, it's simple, at least.

Piss bottles?

Are you a living, breathing nippon-meme?
