deluge because I can actually load a frontend/thin gtk client on my laptop and it connects to a daemon on my server. Then I just stream my downloads to my laptop from anywhere in the world over https.

transmission-daemon is GUIless, you have a transmission-remote and transmission-cli for controlling it from the command line, in addition to a default web interface.
