AMD made two good things ever

AMD made two good things ever

Phenom processors and APU's.

Everything else was behind Intel by a lot. Ryzen is all hype and no deliver, it will disappoint everyone just like Bulldozer did.

Fuck off

>Ryzen is all hype and no deliver, it will disappoint everyone just like Bulldozer did.
the refrain of every fearful intel shill since december.

>what is thunderbird
>what is AMD64
>what is dual-core CPU

Athlon Thunderbird, Athlon XP, Athlon 64

Before OP's time.

Athlon was up against Pentium 4, it never won

t. retard

It couldn't take the heat.

Athlon 64 destroyed the P4 in performance and they had 50% market share even with Intel bribing OEMs.
Stop being dumb.

Athlon XP traded blows, and was sometimes ahead. It was definitely more efficient, and didn't need high clock speeds.

Athlon 64 was better than the Pentium 4 in every way.

like clockwork

Thanks for confirming you're underage.

Not sure if anyone else showed you guys this, but this is a "learning activity" on Intel's retail program on the topic of Ryzen. Damage Control up to 22 threads.

Feelsgoodman. Waiting on Ryzen.

>fearful
Oh cool, maybe Intel will release something that isn't literally Sandybridge after a decade.

fellow 955 bro

can't believe it's been over 7 years now
i literally can't wait for ryzen

this has been a good cpu and it's still going strong but i'm itching for an upgrade so hard

>those temps

Are you australian?

AMD have some pretty interesting low power chipsets for tablets...

Just nobody uses them, aside from the smasch Z, which will hopefully prompt a few chink knockoffs.

Judgement reserved until benchmarks are out op.
