i know, it is very easy to tanslate objects to another picture,but creating or remarking muscles is different, i know that i must use shadows for that, but not sure how to do it.

I can almost guarantee this was done in Photoshop, and reproducing an exact duplicate in Gimp will be extremely difficult, if not impossible.

You can make a dupe layer with alpha, iwarp that, then erase areas that don't look right, such as bent straight lines, so the lower layer shows through.
