Imagine this scenario: You are a foreign spy operating in a the USA. HQ is only able to send you money and otp booklets. You are only allowed to use widely available civilian technology for communication etc.
How do you communicate with hq and fellow spies without being detected?
I start breeding pigeons. It is the only free as in freedom non botnet way of communication.

Tor.

What's stopping you from connecting to tor?
Tor is literally FOR spies.
Dylan Davis
lol Any particular site or tool?
Christopher Clark
HQ must have instructed me how to comminucate with them.

>Any particular site or tool? doesn't matter. Tor + some SSL-based site that has a custom cert not issued by any CA (so it can't be easily forged) would be better than pretty much any other method.

Try to meet them over Club Penguin

Nothing wrong with one time pads. The digit version is incredibly simple and you can memorize the table in an hour. I takes me about 10 minutes to copy the digits from the pad to a bigger piece a paper and encrypt a 250 digit message. Yes, that is autistic as fuck but it's fun so I don't care.
Xavier Bailey
Literally anything. Shitpost on 4chins, post in their FB walls, etc.
The whole point of OTP is that it's literally unbreakable by definition.

IRC servers can be run as a tor hidden service. Hell, a teamspeak server can be run as a hidden service.
>boot up tails >optional: install teamspeak client >connect to HQ's hidden service IRC/teamspeak server >??? >profit!
Colton Smith
Shortwave radio numbers/dead drops/discreet face to face meetings because the CIA/FBI/NSA are too busy chasing after Arabs and drug dealers to provide any meaningful counterintelligence support.

I would use EME communications. A tight beam is difficult to intercept and you'd be aiming it up into the sky.
Daniel Thomas
One time pads are the *only* unbreakable encryption user.
Alexander Brown
Apple facetime, they encrypt all my data and concerned about my prvacy.
