I would honestly be fine with one. The only time I use my usb is to install ubuntu. Otherwise I do everything wirelessly. I even run an ftp server on my desktop so I can quickly access files on my desktop wirelessly. I can see it being a nuisance for certain folks but in reality I probably wouldn't miss much.
