Buy Nexus 5X 1 year ago

>buy Nexus 5X 1 year ago
>today it suddenly turns off and requires a long hold of the power button to turn back on again
>apparently this is a sign of an impending bootloop

Fuck you LG

>buying lg
You deserve everything that happens to you. Someone should either buy an iphone or chinkshit. Buying mid-flagship tier western androids is inferior to burning your money to heat up the room.

>got 5X after launch
>always hear bad shit happening to others
>constantly worried mine will brick
>continues to run just like new

>got Nexus 4 at launch
>always hear bad shit happening to other LG phones
>keeps on truckin until january 2017 when it just stops turning on at all

Has it ever been discovered why this happens? Not just in the 5X, but the G4 and all?

+1

>Used iPhones ever since I used a flip phone
>Still not even aware of what a bootloop is

the fucks at lg decided to skimp out on solder and bought shitty-grade solder which is causing these bootloops

All Android phones are absolute garbage. I've had a nexus 6 and 6p, both absolute trash

>bought a moto e
>it still just werks
>it still impresses normies when they run out of battery and I charge their phones with a USB OtG cable

>buying gooktech

Should have bough superior thousand-fold Nihonto technology

no, your decision-making skills are absolute garbage

Name 1 good Android phone

Mine still verkz

Die a horrible death child. LG is the OEM of the best monitors. Some of your favorite companies you shill about (I bet some piece of shit like ASUS) directly buys from LG and licks its butthole for your stupid purchase to have a markup on it, idiot.

>buying LG in 2K17
sorry you had to find out the hard way, OP

android phones cater to individual needs, such as price, camera, battery life, screen size, developer and XDA support and speed. there is no "best phone". The phone I'd buy today is the RN3P, but I own the Moto XPE. Both phones are good performers at great and good prices, respectively.

Today I think the best android phone on the market is the HTC 10, but I haven't followed phones that much. The """new""" Note 7s with a non-"exploding" battery is a contender for best android out now, but then again XDA support is not that great.

s7 edge

>S3
>Nexus 4
>Sony z3 Compact

>Two years ago
>Roommate bought a Nexus 7 (2012) maybe 5 months before I just so happened to buy the 2013 model
>I use mine daily and it just werks outside of some quirks that would likely be fixed from wiping it and reinstalling everything
>He hadn't used his in a long, long time up until recently because it became so slow it was unusable despite it only being used as a fucking Puzzle and Dragons machine
>Tried wiping it multiple times and nothing seems to be helping it at all
Any idea why it could have shat itself so badly?

>buy a Nexus 6
>pretty /comfy/
>breaks out of fucking nowhere a week later.
>Google wouldn't replace it.
this is why people move to iOS

>get nexus 4
>works fine
>drop it like a retard
>screen dead
>replacement is worth a fortune

>Paying more than $150 USD for an Android phone.

Literally the same thing happened to me.

>galaxy s line (except for 6)
>sony xperia xz compact
>oneplus 3t
>redmi note 4
>google nexus phones
>pixel
shitty ass mactoddler b8

Shitty NAND

>bought 1 nexus a few years ago
>has a few dead pixels
>ring up and get a new one mailed to me
>they didnt take my old one

I now have 3 nexus 4's one with broken screen, one needs long hold to turn on and one works like new.

your fault for buying LG

>Nexus 7 2012
>slow piece of shit after a year, now lies in a drawer, still works

>Nexus 5
>power button issues after 2.5 years of use
>sometimes goes into an endless bootloop because of this
>needs replacing

actual reasonably priced nexus replacement when

I literally said I have had 2 Nexus phones you fucking retard, they're garbage
I hate all smartphones tbqh

Just buy cheap chinkshit. Then you won't be so sad when it inevitably breaks down.

>buy nexus 5 outright
>get $10/month for 36 month warranty because seemed cheap at the time
>nexus 5 breaks, they give me a lg g4 as replacement
>almost exactly a year later, lg g4 bootloops
>they give me lg g5
>$1000+ in phones for $360 in warranty fee
and that's probably why Best Buy changed their warranty to no longer cover physical damage. I might damage my phone soon just to maximize the benefits. maybe an s8?
