I think you are right. Surprisingly it takes a bit of time to pump out a solid noise album (about a weekend). Although I got lazy at the end, a 45 minute album became a 25 minute album and there were more field recordings

IMO, FL tokens is what whatclones should be doing in the first place. They don't consolidate all snatches to a handful of torrents like staff picks do. Instead they for a much larger majority of releases that they'll get another potential seeder, affecting long term retention of torrents while also letting buffer flow to more people instead of a select few and the seedboxes that jump on them. It's healthy for the economy, and as long as they don't get overzealous and make it a regular thing but more of an unpredictable, vague guarantee of "someday", more torrents stay seeded, uploading is still very much encouraged as it increases the odds you have something someone wants to spend FL token on, and you get to snatch stuff as well without worrying about ratio watch. FL picks are obsolete.

I don't see how that's correct. If you are given some tokens without an expiry date you would grab what you want. With an expiry date you grab things to maximize your buffer (because tokens will expire but buffer won't)
