Yes, you can easily remove the battery and replace it when it dies. Did it today, took literally 7 seconds. Theres a button on the side that releases the bottom giving access to the battery.
Has the G5 flopped that hard that they've had to cut its RRP by over half?
All my old phones had that. Don't see why it should even be advertised. Did some shitty company actually not allow that?

Agreed. My dd phone is an LG-G5, and I really like it. But it's none of the first 4 of those. However, it does feel solid and is light, with a damn nice lcd screen.
