Haiku. It's honestly the best. Based off the genius of BeOS - they've made huge strides in getting it working so good.

AmigaOS (and even the actual OS of the Amiga) isn't nearly as obscure as you probably think it is.

Haiku is a great OS, OP. Perhaps you could contribute to the project as well with your programming skills.

Have you considered GNU/Linux?
Hurd is just a kernel, like Linux. However it's designed to be somewhat compatible to Linux so currently if you were to use Hurd you'd just get a shitty version of Linux that won't run any of your programs without major broblems.
Will this run on orange pi?
What's the best OS for orange pi?
OS/2 and NeXTStep
The actual answer is Haiku though, that's actually good and not muholdcrap tier
You could try Sailfish too, still, a lot of OS'es use the Linux kernel

>what OS should I use
Either Windows 10 or official Ubuntu LTS derivatives, depending on your needs.
>I wanna use an OS that nobody else is using
Well, "playing around" is not using. Once you realize that you need to actually perform work on your computer you will not have too much fun on your obscure operating system.
