you have löveli lakes

Please give us some of your trees.

never

>finland complaining

y ;_;

so others can be jelly of us ofcourse

>first world problems

Are there any third world nations that suffer from a lack of trees?

I was going to say mongolia then I remembered who's the poster

if you get trees you'll get complacent and stop working hard producing trinkets for the norwegian people. trees will make you lazy

but dont you have lakes too

We wouldn't even need a lot of trees, just a nice little forest somewhere outside the capital.

I didn't see an actual forest with my own eyes until I visited Poland when I was 16.

wow that sucks, i wish we would have some mountains and shit not just endless trees

oh my poor winter child, you do not know suffering

yeah... lakes, fjords, forest, flat windmill area, we have it all

its not fair my satanic brotha

It really blew my mind when I realized people live in those shitty fjords

>Number of lakes in Norway
450 000

>Number of lakes in Finland
188 000

cucked at your own game

>MFW I can cross the border to Norway and go hiking in the mountains just like that, without any passports or formalities

And it also feels good to come back too, desu

Yeah, but Norway has """"""""""""""""""""lakes""""""""""""""""""""

what does that mean

come and take a skinny dip on our beaches user

They're quite deep, but infernally tiny by the surface area. And that's the thing that really counts :^)

BIG NORWEGIAN LAKES

the water is a toasty 5 degrees C all year round

Huh. I was actually looking into a Norwegian guidebook last night.

>mfw your own country has beautiful natural spaces, but too far to easily travel to

I live in bumfuck corn country. It's depressing to remind myself that it was all forests and prairie meadows before it became farmlands.

>hold me guys

Norway in late april

dont salt my wounds

That's our streets according to burgerfats, our houses are still under snow

Man how do we even survive in this harsh climate. We gotta be some pretty badass vikings or something haha.

In may.

TINY
NORWEGIAN
""LAKES""
:^))))))

vikings were probably not up there in the mountains, too far away from the sea

What's the fun in having large lakes, though?

Lakes aren't supposed to be like vast endless oceans. They are supposed to give you a welcoming feel of enclosure.

I thought Finland was a beautiful winter wonderland. Don't tell me it isn't... I wanted to go to Finland because I love the cold, snow, and the night.

Sámi genes.

there is snow and cold but no mountains. only trees

finland's highest point to the south.

it's just a slope on a mountain that peaks in norway. it's not even the highest mountain in the region in norway

yeah that was the point of this thread

feels good to be mountain kings

maybe you'll get it for your birthday

Trees are nice

kek

It is the largest peak of its county though, which also covers quite a bit of land.

>county
Meant municipality.

I came

>summer cottage @ Päijänne
>buy a boat
>go to Jyväskylä or Lahti town centre by that very boat from your own pier

Feels good.
