There's a Brazilian place in my city that makes racks of meat and then just comes around the restaurant with them, like a Chinese dim sum place almost.
You pay a flat fee and can stay however long you want just gorging on deliciously spiced Brazilian style roasted meat.

It's differtent. Morcillas are better. The Chilean Prieta is closer to the Brit version of the blood sausage than to the traditional morcilla.
