Rich farming lands and good trading location (both north and southern europe) that got administrated by romans early and maintained this administration, inherited a somewhat large and unified country thanks to Charlemagne + atlantic oriented and access to America and snowballed from there. Thus it spawned many intellectuals, got rid of conservative mentalities stuck in middle age and a certain open mindedness through various revolutions, which also brought a mentality of never being content and asking for more (and we got way more than expected) through 24/7 contestation of everything which built a comfy place to live in.
Also food.

Most french french ever
Basically shaped modern Europe as we know it. Metric system, modern democracies, mass-produced weapons, modern medicine, all ideas that started in France.
France is repulsive. Their language is pretentious, their food is degenerate, and their culture revolves around shallow appearance and feminine intrigues. Historically Germanic aristocrats produced the high culture of France. The French are incapable of producing great culture, they were always dogs content with eating off the floor and licking their own assholes.

Italy wasn't even a thing before we created it
Do you know what this man of Italian heritage wrote in a letter to his brother of Italian heritage ruling over the Italian Kingdom of Naples?
books.google.nl
>I am sorry that you have so many Neapolitan troops: you must be aware that as far as I am concerned these troops are no better than none at all
The "Italian" Napoleon had such little confidence in his South-Italian troops, that he considered them literally worthless.
The fact that the single most influential "Italian" in history was so condescending towards other Italians proves very little. Hell, even a genius like himself would've been captured and executed by the Austrians very early in his career if his Armee d'Italie was actually composed of Italians.
