Why does Nicaragua post so much less than the other Central American countries? I still need it, but I've gotten all the rest in the region, and I've seen the same on a few other people's maps.

It's a shithole. Sure most of Central America is a shithole but it's the shitholest.

Panama's economy is the fastest growing and best managed in all of Latin America. It's had a huge economic boom and it has an upper middle per capita GDP.
Panama City also looks modern as fuck.
There is still poverty there but it's had a huge growth and is by far the least shitholest country in Central America.

Source: Half-Panamanian, dad grew up there back when it was still poor.

Honduras has a slightly lower GDP per capita, and I've seen them post many times. Unless I've just been unlucky and/or it's just one Honduran user.

I'd use Google Earth .kmzs for it since I usually use OpenStreetMap just to see shit like territorial waters. But point is there's a multitude of websites and shit that can help you.

I'd like to try and make regional templates for countries that are missing in the collection. I wanted to begin with Mali since it seemed to be simple, any tips from you professional template-makers?

For example I tried my photoshop skill, using the selection and path tool to make the borders properly and white but it always turned out shitty

Do what ever seems nice to you, everyone has different ways of making templates i use ms paint i dont think there is a need to use photoshop.
This is a map of the countries that are missing templates.

I get the thickest pencil (4) and coler the borders in black and then use bucket to make them white sometimes i might use the 3d one if the map is not that big
