Is it a dream job for a Mexican to work in an all inclusive resort? Specifically bartender? Whenever I go to Mexico I get absolutely smashed and tip the bartender a lot by the end of the night. I often wonder how much wealth that gives them locally

proxy retards

they are bros for spaniards , really we dont feel good with a french, german or other shit guy from europe but with some countries from america really they our real continent.

spain should be in america with our bros.

yes, don't come unless you are rich and want to spend your galactic credits in bunda and cheap drugs.

hijo puta gabacho

I remember asking this before, but do they teach you about pre-Hispanic history of Mexico and how much of the curriculum does it take? Anyone here knows any pre-Hispanic languages, phrases, loanwords integrated into Mexican Spanish?

Before you go all Indian caste tier on me
>but I'm a cool European offspring, yeah bro London, Paris, Vienna, Madrid, muh heritage, why would I learn about these buttnaked indios

not as bad as Guatemala, Salvador, or Venezuela, but still pretty bad

>do they teach you about pre-Hispanic history of Mexico

Yes. As much as they can, but there isn't actually a lot to know about because Spaniards burned down amerindian codixes (I don't hate Spaniards if anyone needs to know).

I don't know any language, but there are lots of lowanwords from Nahuatl and various other languages. Mostly food, fruits, animals, or things that didn't existed in the old world.

For instance: Chocolate, avocado (from Spanish aguacate that came form Nahuatl āhuacatl), Tomato (Tomae/Jitomate in Spanish and Tomatl in Nahuatl), etc.

It's also pretty common here to call uneducated childern 'escuincles', from nahualt 'itzcuintli' (dog). Similar to Xoloitzcuintle? The dog?. And I don't know, some others.

>I remember asking this before, but do they teach you about pre-Hispanic history of Mexico and how much of the curriculum does it take?

Yes, it's part of the History class, and I guess it takes roughly 1/3 of the entire history curricula.

> loanwords integrated into Mexican Spanish?

I know a few ones. Chocolate, coyote, tomate (tomato), chipotle, etc

yes tbqh

when I went to mexico I didn't see any pretty person

Well, when I went to Argentina I. Wait.

Nobody ever goes to Argentina.

...

I was away for a while

Do you have any desire to learn more about these civilizations? Individually? Or their language? Is such an expression popular in Mexico? Meaning, does the Mexican media use an idealized image of these civilizations, from candy bars to soap operas? Much like the Turks use Ottoman times, for example
There must be a hundred different autochthonic groups on the territory of Mexico so I don't know much about languages and cultures, except the Maya and Aztec, but I did devote some time to learn about Quechua (II-C) languages. It's fascinating stuff
The way words sit on my tongue is almost natural, because it's a sharp language, mostly employing hard consonants and rounded vowels
