>American educat-
Wait a minute...where did all the European universities go?

Lmao. Keep this image in mind the next time you call an American stupid--he's probably smarter than you.

What does total score even measure? Why is the gap between Harvard and Stanford so massive?

If you have so many great universities then why are so many americans so stupid?

There's no evidence that Americans are stupider than any other people. There is, however, significant evidence that they are smarter than other people, pic related.

Have you considered that you might be intimidated by their intellectual, economic and cultural superiority? Just a thought.

youtube.com/watch?v=k0RH0cYs4lw

>a YouTube video from 2007 and an /r9k/ frog
Wow, that's much more compelling evidence than the fact that your entire culture and economy is subservient to a nation with the best universities on the planet

Run along, brainlet

>name a country that starts with u
>yugoslavia
God bless

These rankings measure the volume of academic publications in english. So of course you can guess which universities would have the most because they don't even need to bother translating anything.

>American education

>There's no evidence that Americans are stupider than any other people.
>stupider
lmao

there is also the bigger factor that American research is very concentrated in universities
in Europe generally a ton of the total research is in dedicated research institutions and a few others which is why the university output never matches the American unis

this is what many Americans don't know, especially the retards posting these same anglowanking charts again and again

>american education - 10 billion dollars
>european education - free

Have fun being a debt slave for the rest of your life.

The reputation that Americans are very stupid comes from your natural confidence. You confidently speak about things you know nothing about where others would keep their mouths shut.

You don't actually know less than others but you love to display how little you know.

...

>we have a higer education level
Yep, a European definitely made this comic. Made if they had better universities their language skills wouldn't be so atrocious.

>volume of academic publications in english
Nope, you literally pulled that right out of your insignificant Colombian ass. Try actually doing some research before putting your intellectual inferiority on full display like that

>not understanding basic English vocabulary
Embarrassing post.

>American education - the best on the planet
>European education - barely even cracks the top 30 best universities on the planet

>Amerinsecure
Haha like, lol

>he doesn't realise that 99.999% of americans don't go to top universities
>he doesn't realise that american top universities are full of foreigners

OP cpnveniently lets this post go without reply. How surprising.

Please note that France enters the list at an embarrassing number thirty-six.

An outright lie you invented in order to avoid acknowledging your intellectual inferiority to Americans. If you actually attended a top university and moved in intellectual circles like me then you would know that about 90% of the student body at, say, Harvard is of American descent.

Is there a list of the free public schools? I'm surprised Oslo University is ranked as high as 58 on the overall list.

>Please note that France enters the list at an embarrassing number thirty-six.
It's because unlike in America we don't have only a bunch of good universities that are innaccessible for 99% of the population, but a high number of pretty decent ones that are free.
But we're just gomunists so I think you don't care, Murica#1 !! haha :)

But that confirms my narrative that European universities are inferior to American universities. A university's job is to teach and acquire knowledge, and yes, RESEARCH--in Europe, universities fail to perform this basic task and outsource the job to the government and often even private institutions. I guess you get what you pay for in Europe (lmao)

dumb bait

>Keep this image in mind the next time you call an American stupid--he's probably smarter than you.

Americans with a...
>Bachelor's degree - 31.96%
>Master's and/or doctorate and/or professional degree - 11.77%
>Doctorate and/or professional degree - 3.27%
>Doctorate - 1.77%

Meanwhile in Europe, % of people with university degrees is
>Denmark 81%
>Netherlands 72%
>UK 81%
>France 80%

And
>As counted by Eurostat, more than 525,000 students were doing a Ph.D. across the 27 Member States of the European Union in 2004. That year, more than 93,000 students obtained their doctorate — twice as many as in the United States and six times more than in Japan. Around 26,000 of the newly granted Ph.D.s were in science, mathematics, and computing. Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Spain were the four biggest producers of science Ph.D.s.

You're a stupid American too.

The fact is that European education is far, far better than American education up to high school, even the average European university is probably better than the average American university. The top universities in the USA are very prestigious and undoubtedly some of the, if not the, best in the world, but the majority of students there are either foreign or Jewish.

In other words, it's safe to assume that the average European is smarter than the average American. It doesn't help that most of your countrymen justify their ignorance by saying "I-I didn't need to know that because it's irrelevant!", it just further strengthens the stereotype.

>inferior universities hand out degrees like toilet paper
Am I supposed to be impressed? In the United States a degree actually means something.

Also
>81% of people in the UK have a university degree
That is absolute bullshit, and I assume your other numbers are fictitious as well. Better luck next time Uruguay, but I can see your inferior education system has prevented you from winning this discussion. Try using real numbers next time.

>the majority of students there are either foreign or Jewish
Dead giveaway of somebody who knows nothing about elite higher education in the United States (or Europe, for that matter). You've clearly never succeeded academically and do not associate with elites like me. I see no point in reading the rest of your post

Our high schools would rank higher if it weren't for Americans of Irish descent

>elites
>shitposting on Sup Forums midday

>and do not associate with elites like me.

A good thing all the americans are in those universities.

right?

You wrote stupider instead of more stupid, dipshit.

Guess what he was chuckling about?

"Stupider" is a perfectly valid word in English.

>In the United States a degree actually means something
Yeah, maybe if it's from MIT or Harvard or something. Everybody has a degree from some state school these days, things are worthless.

Two most famous universities in the World are English. Who even cares about the others lol.

Some people alo accept ebonics as part of the english language, doesn't mean it isn't unelegant.

no just our best and brightest

EC report 2015
ec.europa.eu/education/library/study/2015/dropout-completion-he_en.pdf

>United Kingdom

>Completion rate: 82 per cent

>The completion rate in the UK increased from 74 per cent in 2005 to 82 per cent in 2011, according to OECD data. A key driver of this growth was the implementation of annual tuition fees in England of £1,000 per student in 1998 and the subsequent increases, resulting in a cap of £9,000 in 2012. This change of regime was partly aimed at improving institutions’ retention and completion rates as they become dependent on students and study success for their funding.

>Institutions receive additional funds with regard to the profile of their student population. Universities charging fees above £6,000 have to indicate in an access agreement how they spend this additional money, which must be used to implement measures to ensure access and success of students from lower socio-economic family backgrounds.

>The European Commission says that the high completion rate is due to a “fairly tight admissions system”, in which institutional autonomy has been retained, and a widespread and embedded expectation from institutions and students that completion is possible in three years, except in exceptional circumstances.

>Am I supposed to be impressed? In the United States a degree actually means something.
Also in Europe, as the relevance of published papers shows.

The average billybob won't be Abel to afford to go to any of these unis

>Harvard and MIT are English
They really teach you that in British universities? The jealousy is palpable

Do you seriously not understand the difference between a degree completion rate and a percentage of a population with a degree?

I went to UC San Diego, and it is ranked way to high and is filled with UCLA/CAL rejects.

Speaking of words that aren't actually words in English, it's not "unelegant," it's "inelegant."

Retard.

Got me :^)

more like international ranking of how fast you can eat a burger lmfao

>all of these triggered, uneducated european brutes itt.
tell me yuropoors, if are so "smart" why have you not landed on the moon? are you THAT stupid? haha!

It's an international ranking of how fast americans can roll to their burgers LOL

That's got to be bullshit

haha, france does ir again!

nice

hahahahahahahaha

you would be surprised. yuropoors are really retarded.

addaboy :D

Nice!

The absolute madman

Please note that none of these countries even so much as graze the top 25 universities on the planet. Let them have their "witticisms," they serve as a fine example of the mediocrity of European humor (it's parallels their education systems)--not to mention that we Americans will dominate the planet while they frolic in their inferiority.

go back to rolling your burgers LMFAO

Did you contribute yourself to those uni scores you kankerhomo? :DDDDd

>yale university

american universities are full of degenerates

can I have a burger degree in america ?

American universities spreading feminist monkey and totalitarian nut cases

>american universities are full of degenerates
You're trying to cite the fact that elite students aren't racist as proof that they aren't smarter than you? Do you really not know that dumb people are usually racist and smart people are progressive?

The amount of gender studies and media degrees being taken

>this is what americucks actually believe
enjoy being blacked

I don't really care which university leads in STEM-fields, as long as we're going forward.

>american elite
holy fuck you people are doomed

Enjoying being an asocial loser fighting for the losing, unintelligent and immoral side of a culture war.

REE SAFE SPACE MICRO AGRESSION HATE SPEECH

It's not the average American who goes to these schools. Besides, I believe you can understand why some of this stuff of yours just leaves everyone baffled reason.com/blog/2016/05/24/80-percent-of-americans-want-to-label-fo

>the richest and most academically accomplished people on the planet aren't elite
I suppose if you're intellectually incapable of interacting with your superiors, it's not surprising you're also unaware of their existence

*snaps fedoras*

>these sheltered SJW fucks are your next leaders
>America will fall in my lifetime.

>top Universities in Latin America
> Not a single one from Argentina

Wtf Argentina. Pls explain this.

Do you seriously consider this to be superior thinking? This is THE university
(different Finn here)

He's not a Harvard student, he's a policy debater who appeared at a forum sponsored by Harvard.
>racists
>intelligent
>let alone capable of understanding how elite higher education admission works
I think there's already a board where you can discuss your resentment toward universities you're too stupid to attend

why do they do that UH-UH-UH shit?

kek

i hope you're trolling

American elite is another word for "Jews".

There's a strong correlation between an inferior education system and bigotry, just so you know.

And in how far does this represent the educational level of the general population?

I was just implying that maybe all these people aren't masterminds.
