2) Windows spies on you
3) Windows GUI may be much better but the CLI is shit and if you don't know how to "have a good experience" with a CLI then you don't deserve a computer
4) Windows gives you ads
5) Windows GUI, comfy though it may be, isn't fully customizable
6) If you can pin apps to the taskbar, there's no reason to still also have a start menu
7) Running a Windows server with a non-server license is certainly possible, but it's illegal, whereas on GNU systems, you can do whatever you want with them
