Sounds like you work to much
How do you keep motivated?
By not being a NEET, and needing money/understanding what's needed to make more so that my children may one day know the paradise of not needing to struggle like I did. I hope to:
Provide them with the opportunity for education
Provide them contacts in industry
Provide them with cars and down-payment for homes.
If I take the responsibility, I may be able to break the cycle I was born in.
>muh American dream isn't real

I'm sorry user
I don't see the point in not working while you're stuck at work. Browsing Facebook and shit just makes the day feel slower and you're limiting your chances to advance to a nicer job.
>I don't see the point in not working while you're stuck at work
Well thats pretty easy to understand. When you get a job where you are not happy with, you aren't that motivated to do more than you have to do. Laziness is a problem during that worktime and it's an escape from your job too. The only option you have is to accept your situation and going forward to learn new things for your next job goal. Thats all.
You just can understand this, when you are in the position.
