Ignore the R7 240, I needed something that cost $80 and the RX 550 isn't listed yet.

It's overpriced and underpowered, you are paying for displayport 1.4, 4K HEVC and so on, not for the GPU performance.

Buy RX 460, much better. Ideally try if you can make it to accept bios from RX 560, unlocking it to full 1024 shaders. That is the best option now.
