Anyone else remember when Sup Forums tried to hard fork GIMP? It was on github. Now I can't even find any mention of the project on google, lol

what about a decentralized, P2P, redundant Sup Forums archive? everyone can download as much as they want, and can request old resources from the network.

Interesting, not too hard but not completely trivial, can be done entirely in python+flash, which can be learnt in a week.
