Linux fags are the worst

>Linux
>hard to install and maintain
>watch your computer crash and burn

>Windows
>plug and play
>zero to no problems

really makes you think huh

Eh, most distros are plug and play, but those are the ones with windows tier bloat. Like homosexualbuntu

Stop falseflagging.

>zero to no problems

>Windows
>Obeseware
>Botnet
>No control
>Auto-Update where Wangblows undoes consumer privacy fixes

>Linux
>Fucking freedom

The big issue is that if you get a nigger flavor of Linux, it's so bloated and slow you might as well just get windblows because the only purpose for having linux is to make a light system which only does what you want it to do.

Then why is SystemDildo allowed to exist?

>winfag mad that other winfags are making him look stupid

So basically everyone should use Xubuntu? It's light and only does what you want it to do.

>windows $100, have to buy it again eventually
>microsoft office $100, have to replace it eventually
>antivirus subscription $60/year,, sucks system recources
Makes me think about using Linux.

>windows free because KMSpico
>office free because KMSpico
>using a meme anti-virus in 2017

Have you been in a coma?

Windows fags are the worst

>Windows
>hard to install and maintain
>watch your computer crash and burn

>Linux
>plug and play
>zero to no problems

really makes you think huh

Everything is free if you steal it user

It works on my machine.

...

Yes. Xubuntu is perfect. If you're not running Xubuntu or Arch you're probably a fucking idiot.

>Install Linux once to my dual socket MB
>Leave it for a decade and ssh into it when necessary
>System is still my primary work machine

idk I have Linux Mint which is supremely bloated but it's fast as fuck. windows bloat is shit that runs in the background on startup, even the most bloated linux distros don't have dumb shit running in the background by default

This.
Linux bloat: 3 extra gigs of HDD space used due to unnecessary free software

Then get a netinst iso and install whatever you want after all. You talk like you don't have a choice.

>systemd
Literally worse than Windblows

The thing is you have the freedom to choose a non-bloated distro.

>reinstall fresh Windows 7 on laptop
>thinks my cd key is invalid and requests to access WAN to verify
>Windows can't detect my wireless/ethernet hardware by default
>obviously can't get online to download drivers because no internet
>have to download drivers on a separate PC and put them on a usb to transfer to my laptop
>even after all this shit, i input my legit windows registration key
>it tells me its invalid
>even though i purchased the laptop with the same windows 7 copy installed

>install ubuntu minimal aka babby's first linux
>wireless/ethernet works by default
>literally everything works by default without having to take a cock up my ass

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called "Linux", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.

There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called "Linux" distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

>>Windows
>>plug and play
>>zero to no problems

You know yesterday i changed my entire motherboard and cpu and winshit wouldn't even run but ubuntu run just fine.

Also the install is litterally next, next, next, next, next, username and password, next

I'm terribly sorry for interjecting another moment, but what I just told you is GNU/Linux is, in fact, just Linux, or as I've just now taken to calling it, Just Linux. Linux apparently does happen to be a whole operating system unto itself and comprises a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Most computer users who run the entire Linux operating system every day already realize it. Through a peculiar turn of events, I was misled into calling the system "GNU/Linux", and until now, I was unaware that it is basically the Linux system, developed by the Linux project.

There really isn't a GNU/Linux, and I really wasn't using it; it is an extraneous misrepresentation of the system that's being used. Linux is the operating system: the entire system made useful by its included corelibs, shell utilities, and other vital system components. The kernel is already an integral part of the Linux operating system, never confined useless by itself; it functions coherently within the context of the complete Linux operating system. Linux is never used in combination with GNU accessories: the whole system is basically Linux without any GNU added, or Just Linux. All the so-called "GNU/Linux" distributions are really distributions of Linux.
