When Moore's law stopped applying to x86 CPUs. In the 90's it seemed like CPU speeds doubled every couple years.

There is no reason for a general purpose transparent screen. It'll be useful on like wind shields and maybe some helmets, but I can't see any other reasons people would want this meme.

depends on your settings,
playing Andromeda on high settings keeps me at 60 FPS pretty solidly, going to ultra drops me to between 30s and 40s depending on what is going on.
