How to I revert this fucking cancerous new YouTube layout? I click the button to go back to 'classic' but it only does it for that fucking page, as soon as I click off it goes back to the new shitty one.

I did, then I opened YouTube and it was back to the old one. Then I logged in and it decided it wanted me to look at their shit new layout instead.

Youtube got ruined when google took over. The layout has changed a million times since and keeps changing in almost a daily pace. Complaining about the changes they make now is just null and void.

Hit F12, goto the application tab, click the youtube dropdown, delete all the cookies, relog.

Not sure what you mean OP, since youtubes UI gets changed at least twice a year, and It's only going to get worse. Them changing the notifications was the thing that made me REEEEEEEEE the most. I have no idea how to revert back to google+ style which is why I don't bother signing in anymore.
