As someone who won't make a rating based on memes and "internet encounters" but seasoned travelling and real interaction with people (you know, where you meet someone face to face, get out if your house and such), the French are the most entitled, followed by Italians. The difference between the French and the Italian is that the Italian sincerely believes in it and the Frenchmen thinks he deserves it. Among Scandinavians, Swedes are the most disillusioned in their worth and image (mostly due to being a blogger country-selfie Mecca). Danes I met appeared more modest than Norwegians and Swedes

Norwegians and Danes are fine, and do not seem to be particularly arrogant in my opinion (Norwegians are somewhat arrogant, but not to the point where it is a major turnoff). Swedes, on the other hand, are the most arrogant and pretentious people I have ever encountered in my life; cannot complete any form of social interaction without a snide comment or asserting why X (usually related to Sweden's humanitarian ventures) makes Sweden and Swedes superior. Cannot comment on Finns as I have never visited their country.

I do not dislike Swedes, their country is beautiful and they are an intelligent nation, but visiting their country made feel as though I was surrounded by San Francisco liberals (referring solely to attitude, mannerisms, and disposition--not politics). As a disclaimer, the opinions I have formed in regards to Swedes may be skewed by the fact I have only spent any meaningful time in their larger cities.
