Oneplus phones being good is the worst meme ever.

My OnePlus2 is excellent.

Recommend me a phone for

Maki is cute, CUTE!

Redmi Note 4 Global
kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-xiaomi-redmi-note-4-global-3gb-32gb

Help please, I can't decide between these two phones:

kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-sony-xperia-xa

kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-wileyfox-swift-2

I like Xperia's design more but Wileyfox seems better overall...

Any other recommendation for ~175€? I pretty much only use my phone for web browsing, chatting, watching videos and sometimes play simple games. I don't care about the camera. I live in Spain, btw.

But user, it doesn't support NFC, what is this? 25000 B.C.?

...

why do you say that?

wileyfox swift 2

Hnnnggh...

anything not from china?

Buy it locally then

HTC 10 or LG V20?
>don't care about fires/bootloops etc
>care about audio, camera and longevity of the device(i.e. It's smooth for 6 months then it runs like garbage)

Also forgot to mention both cost the same(450€)and that the 3T costs more

>>don't care about fires/bootloops etc
Then you are an idiot and need to make yourself scarce

Go for used Samsungs/Sony then

Those are just bad memes. Warranties and backups are a thing.
Plus the chance of those happening is tiny

Such a nice concept, but the HTC UI/Skin makes me completely sick in my mouth. Still don't understand why manufacturers don't just use stock android.

He bought an s8 and is having buyers remorse.

why?

Ikr, is Lenovorola the only brand still sticking to that?

And Nokia

I like OnePlus' method of keeping stock android and just adding a couple extra features, eg a search bar in the settings menu, and things like that

vimeo.com/217476759

Don't they change the UI and icons too on their latest devices? Still waiting btw

Better battery.
Supports Quick Charge 3.0
USB Type C
CM 13/14
Fingerprint sensor

Wileyfox phones don't use Cyanogen as their OS anymore

I think Wileyfox Swift 2 still does. Maybe the newer models doesn't? I am not completely sure though.

>Look at your pic
>"Nokia phones with Android? What the fuck? Why did I just hear about this"
>Check out the official site for them
>"Huh, they look pretty nice, dual speakers, stock Android, nice design, capacitive buttons with finger print sensor up front"
>Check for its specs
>Snapdragon 430
Into the trash it goes, if you're gonna convert to Android why not just go all the way and push for flagship specs?

If you look closely the first phone in the image has dual cameras so it's probably their yet unannounced flagship, possibly with Snapdragon 835

>ZTE Axon 7
What's the catch? Seems to have good specs at OnePlus prices

It might still be Cyanogen out of the box if they ship it with the old Marshmallow ROM, but since Nougat it isn't CyanogenOS anymore

HTC always have the better audio components
V20 boitloops and like you said you care about the longevity of the device so that should be a no brainer.

There isn't a catch, it's a great phone. it's often on sale for $330 which makes it $100 cheaper than the OP3T. In many ways it's better than the OP3T too (higher res screen, microsd slot, front facing stereo speakers, HiFi DAC). Only major negative is the average camera.

HONOR 8 USER
Tried to use LineageOS a few months back and it was laggy and full of glitches. Can anyone tell me of they've made a stable version? And preferably one that I can install Xposed

Best phone for around 300€? Please no Chinese unless it's good, thanks.

Honor 8 is actually pretty good. If you don't care about custom roms, of course

Why? there are less ROMs for Honor 8?

Yes because the Honor 8 uses an in house chipset and not a snapdragon chip which limits ROM choices

Looking for a decent modern phone that can be rooted (very necessary). Anything under $400 is preferred.

I'm currently looking @ Moto G Plus 5G as an option.

If there's anything better presently or in the future please, please recommend.

MICROSOFT Wireless 900

>Anime
Hi.
Go to hell.

Axon 7

I wish the Nokia logo wasn't on the bezel.

Blu Life One X2

You said that already.

op3t

So im thinking of buying the motog5 plus, but the only version in the country is the 2gb ram one.
Will that be enough to be my phone for 2 years? I dont want any lag or some shit.
Or should I wait for the redmi note 4 to be avaliable and get the 4gb/64gb one? Pls help.

HTC U 11 looks like hot garbage. Would rather just get the Nokia 6 and save like $500

How do i install that xiaomu.eu rom?
Do i just flash twrp, gaps and then the rom like on my old sony phone?

Because it costs $200 you retard. Flagship version is arriving later this year

fuck off.
cute maki.
I have op3. I love it, and it is pretty good for deresute and llsif. 3t is likely good advice.

Anyone good with the Tasker app around?

I've bought into the automated house meme and got myself a philips hue light in the hallway. I can set timers in the philips app but I want it to turn on when I come home (connect to specific SSID) and turn off ~10 min after turning on.

I've setup Tasker with the hue plugin (AutoHue) so it turns on when wifi connects but I'm having trouble with the turn off timer. It seems I can't turn it on again after turning off because it's waiting on my 10min timer.

Here's how I got it in Tasker:
>Profile: Wifi connected (ssid),*, -> Hue on Wifi
>Tasks:
>1. Autohue IP 192.xxx Light: Huelamp On (works when testing the setting every time)
>2. Wait
>10min
>3. Autohue IP 192.xxx Light: Huelamp Off (works when testing the setting every time)

Is there a more reliable way to configure it? A bunch of times when I've gotten it hasn't triggered to turn On but I can't tell where it fails. I've checked the phone when I get close and Tasker does show up with an active profile whenever it connects to my wifi but the light stays off until I fiddle with it like turning wifi on and off.

you dont need gaps witj eu rom
it comes with pico gaps so only basic shit like playstore
you do that way or use fastboot method

anyway,does anyone have axon7?
how is the screwn on that thing

Wait for Redmi Note 4, 2gb isn't really enough ram anymore and especially not 2 years from now.

Maybe a Moto G4 play if can get your hands on it for less than $150

I've had my LG g3 for something like two and a half years now, and the wear is really starting to show. Should I just get another g3 or grab a ZTE axon 7?

>paying $200 for a SD430 phone

Grab an Axon if you want better performance, grab a Honor 8 if you want better performance and a good camera

>Imblying CPU is any matter

>caring about flagship specs on lagdroid

Grab my dick if you want some pleasure

>implying it isnt
>reading comprehension

It's worth it for that Nokia build quality and fast updates. Not everyone plays manchild games on their phones.

I would if something were there besides 30 lbs of FUPA
I don't play games either but the 430 lags on the menu and is slow to perform tasks, anyone in this thread should be buying a phone with at least the SD 625 in it

>430 lags on the menu
Stop lying, I have a phone with 430 and it's perfectly smooth.

Welcome to Android

Bullshit, I had a BLU Life One X2, and it was barely passable, you need to stop buying utter shit
SD 625 phones don't have this issue

i see
also, if i install custom rom and then later decide go back to the official one, is that possible?
it says that i will no longer get update and shit if i unlock the bootloader

>BLU
there's your problem, stop blaming the SoC for what's wrong with your shitty chinkphone's shitty software

My Moto G5 is just a smooth as my old OPO was

>Shitty chinkphone
>owns a Lenovo

Sounds like your covering up your buyer's remorse knowing damn well you should have spent the extra coin on the G5+, silly faggot

yes, shitty chinkphone, as opposed to a non-shit one. And this G5 is just a temporary, getting a Nokia 6 once it's out.

>going from one shitty SD430 to paying about double for another shitty SD430

What did you mean by this?

SD430 is more than powerful enough to run stock android smoothly. I'm perfectly happy with the performance on the Moto G5, don't see why it would be any worse on the Nokia 6.

>paying about double
>Moto G5 is 200€
>Nokia 6 will be 230€

>he paid 200 yurocuckbucks for a G5
LMAO I CAN'T HOLY SHIT

It came with a free Bluetooth speaker that I sold for 100€ + I sold my OPO for 100€ so I literally paid 0€ to upgrade.

That's not an upgrade

So i tried to unlock my redmi note 4 with the official unlocker but it gets stuck at 99% and it says "binding time too short, less than 72 hours" what the fuck does that mean?

It is for me
>fingerprint reader
>removable battery
>microsd slot
>better camera
>FM radio
>band 20 LTE
>2 year warranty
>almost identical performance

>almost identical performance

That's a lie and you know it

>fingerprint reader
How good is that though? Let's say i will encrypt my disgusting porn folder and use my fingerprint to access (the fingerprint will be converted into a password hash or some shit), if some leet hacker steals my phone how hard will it be for him to fap to my porn?

What is want to know is, if i wait 72 hours will it work then? Or is it some retarded bug? I don't want to fuck with it if waiting will actually solve it

They both score around 40k in antutu, and like I said there's really no difference on how smooth and lag-free they run (in fact if I remember correctly the OPO was a bit laggier but that's probably just the custom ROM I was running on it)

I don't know, for me it's more about convenience that security. And it's more than enough to stop your average street nigger getting access.

If the security is a joke, then there is no point in using it, in that case you might as well turn it off and then use the scanner as an ON button with any finger
I don't want to use the fingerprint security if it's just placebo

I have a LG g3 and was looking at the zuk z2 awhile back, is it still relevant? What's better than the z2 for the money?

Is the note 4 better tho? Im iffy about the ui. Can I upgrade to nougat?

Yes it's better, other than the camera. And it already has Nougat. If you don't want to use MIUI there's several stock android based ROMs to install.

It has official nougat but only beta and you need to unlock the bootloader to install it
But it also has lineage os 14 support, so why the fuck would you even want that piece of shit miui, are you a masochist?

I've never installed a custom rom, I assume its easy, right?

>If the security is a joke
I didn't say that. I just don't think there exists a phone that's completely unhackable. Even that terrorist iphone eventually got cracked by the FBI. But your phone ending up in the hands of some leet hacker is an unlikely scenario. Having some security is still better than no security.

Yes. You unlock the bootloader (ask for the permission now, it takes several days to get it)
Then you use the adb shell to flash a twrp recovery, then you boot into the recovery and flash the desired rom. if you are flashing the miui official beta only flash it, if you decide to flash the lineage os then after flashing it, you need to also flash gapps or your google shit won't work.
And obviously you need the correct rom for your phone, something like a sony xperia rom won't of course work on your xiaomi, Android isn't windows, there isn't just one version for all phones
Is it worth doing all that? YES.
I would never ever go back to that archaic piece of bloated shit official rom

I thought official MIUI ROMs could be installed with a locked bootloader?

>terrorist iphone
the only way to do that would be to guess the password if the phone was encrypted or by finding a weakness in the encryption and that doesn't happen almost ever anymore
So all you need to do is to have a password long enough so that the CIA super server farm can't guess it with the on gogol of attempts per second

the stable ones released by xiaomi, but they obviously won't let normalfags just install buggy betas and cry about it

The designated streets are over that way --->

The phone was set to delete all data after 10 incorrect pin attempts so they obviously did find a weakness in the encryption. Regular brute force won't really work as the wait time increases between each incorrect PIN entry.

I don't use Android
