Try adguard, it may work. I find it better than ublock and abp because it takes up less memory and still works. I wouldn't know if it works on YouTube though because I like to support the YouTubers I watch. 15 seconds isn't too much

It's a new one. Just came out yesterday. Firefox doesn't show ads for me either but videos always show up way smaller there than they do in chrome.
