What browser do you use and why? What's the shittiest browser? Why are the other user's browsers shitty?
I'll start: I use Opera, because I like how it looks and the flow of using the UI, as well as the fact that it is fast and has low-ish ram usage compared to some other bloated browsers. I dislike Firefox because it can be a real pain in the ass and slow sometimes and Chrome throws up certificate errors in the ass when I'm on work wifi and the only way to avoid it is starting through terminal.
Rephrasing the Firefox comment, I mean the UI can be slow & tabs don't always close right away for some fucking reason

I'm using Waterfox because it supports firefox extensions unlike Pale Moon and has been pretty fast for me. It also is default alsa audio only which is nice!

Firefox. All my bookmarks are there already, and I see no reason to switch. Chrome feels dirty, and does little things wrong. Edge doesn't load the page half the time. What's an opera? Safari is just edge, but you can't see the address bar half the time

99% Chrome and 1% Firefox. Chrome has just consistently been the best one for me for years, it's speed and performance is just top notch. Occasionally I have to use Firefox because something may not work properly in Chrome.
I want to like Firefox, I really do, but it just lags significantly behind on Chrome, even with all the updates and even with me having a top notch rig.

I started using Vivaldi as soon as I found out Opera was sold to a Chinese company. I'm glad they optimized it since the betas were so slow and CPU intensive; I hope they continue to optimize it. Firefox has been shit for years. Just incompetent.

I could switch to a flavor of the month browser that could be just a tad faster or whatever, but the fact is Chrome has the best user experience and has kept that formula down for a while. Nothing will beat it, unless it can match the usability and have more customization.

I mainly use Chromium/Chrome because it's pretty much the epitome of "jsut werks." I sometimes use. Gnome's Epiphany when browsing simple sites just to save on ram though.

I still don't get why people insist Firefox is shit, leaks memory, is slower than Chrome, etc (all the stuff we hear on this board). I used Chrome for 6+ years before switching to Firefox this January and have used it on Windows 7, Windows 10, as well as multiple distros and haven't noticed any downgrade in performance from Chrome at all.
