Okay idk if it's just a bad card or what but I got a Radeon card and I have constant problems with playing games cause they'll either freeze or lag badly. I've tried Crimson, Catalyst Center, and Evolved but nothing seems to reduce this issue.

sounds like either the card is faulty or your drivers didn't get installed properly, try doing a clean install of drivers

DDU your drivers, install drivers without internet connecrion, alternatively look into how to turn off Windows automatic driver downloads. I had this problem, turns out Windows was installing whatever unstable driver while I installed another, fucked up the stability hard.
