I literally had an AMD driver kill my expensive ass firepros, because the fans wouldn't spin past 20%, and sapphire was a pain in the ass to deal with.

Are you not following proper driver install steps?
1. Download the newest driver and a the latest DDU. 2. Unzip DDU 3. Unplug your ethernet cable from the WAN port on your router 4. Restart in safe mode 5. Run DDU and select clean and restart 6. Once your system boots to desktop, install newest drivers 7. Restart once everything is done, and adjust your settings to your liking
